This orginization was created as a service to the descendents of William RATLIFF (Born: Dec. 9 1794, Died: Jun. 29, 1834) and Susanna Tatum HORNSBY (Born: Dec. 24 1795, Died: Mar. 1865).
Although, www.ratliff.org is a not for profit organization, its members are free to publish whatever they choose. What that means is, although the home for www.ratliff.org is free of commercials, its member pages may not be.
